Internet Project Partnership Foundation: The Soros-funded OSI program sponsors multi-country initiatives in the Central and Eastern European region. Projects focus on connectivity, training, content development as well as equipment grants. As of 1998, content development and training are the primary focuses of these OSI-IP initiatives.
